Apollo Bay Hotel presents Matt Skinner partnered with head winemaker Robin Brockett of Scotchmans Hill Winery for a shared 7-course seafood degustation with hand crafted wine to match your dining experience.

Designed and executed by Melbourne Chef Telina Menzies, the menu features local seafood such as the infamous southern rock lobster caught and provided by Apollo Bay fish co-op, Portarlington mussels and an array of foraged items from land and sea.

What better way to spend a summer evening than indulging in seafood paired with the perfect glass of wine!
